ERS would like to share an update regarding our response to the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) world pandemic. We are currently following strict Government Guideline and we are continuing to keep up to date with current events and announcements. Our Offices will be closed from Tuesday 24th March at 5pm and will remain closed until we are informed by the UK Government that its deemed safe to reopen.
ERS Technical Team will work remotely to provide support and answer any enquiries. Should there be a requirement for technical support you may contact our team on 01698 720679. We ask for your patience in these testing times as the telephone lines may be busy, and if we miss your call, we will endeavour to call you back at the earliest opportunity. Alternatively, you can email your name, telephone number and technical enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
Emergency Replacement Parts
ERS will endeavour to dispatch all replacement parts, however this will be at our courier’s discretion. There may be a limited supply of boiler replacement parts as supply routes from Europe may be affected. Warranty terms apply to replacement parts as normal.
ERS will only dispatch non-essential parts on a case by case basis. Eg. Where a complete boiler is required to maintain the heating & hot water within the property.
